I am a physiotherapist currently working in Malaysia and would like to get a PR or go on Provisional Visa to Australia.
Could I know whether if I am applying through the Provisional Visa (Temporary), then should I sit for any Written/Clinical Exam

I\'m an accountant working for a regional council for 1 year under 457 visa. English is not my first language. I\'d like to apply for PR on my own. Can I apply under the critical skills list and if so how should I go about it.
Thankyou for your help.

Firstly we need to determine your current substantive visa and any
conditions that may be attached to it.
We then look at any Family / Relative related Visas such as:-
Remaining Relative (Subclass 835) (Permanent)
Remaining Relative Visa (Offshore) (Subclass 115)
Then we consider for you the visa options involving being sponsored by
an eligible relative living in Australia or nominated by a participating State or Territory Government:-
Skilled – Sponsored (Migrant) Visa (Subclass 176)
Skilled – Regional Sponsored (Provisional) Visa (Subclass 475)
Then the Skilled Workers Permanent Visa Options:-
Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 121/856)
Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme (subclass 119/857)
Labour Agreements
and the General Skilled Independent Visa:-
Skilled – Independent (Migrant) Visa (Subclass 175)
There are different English requirements with these visas so if you would like to complete the free online visa assessment here then one of our Migration Consultants can give you specific answers

I\'m electrical engineer and I currently work in Australian company as an electrical engineer under 457subclass. I would like to be a permanent resident here but I\'ve been working here for 9 months, besides I\'m not a native english speaking and my ielts score is below than 6.00. So, there is any way can I be a permanent resident without the IELTS score and I want to apply by myself don\'t need company to support? Thank you for your help
